Go On Basic Computer Course
This is a FREE basic computer course for people wishing to use a computer for the first time or use the internet for the first time.
The course will cover:
Online basics:
- Starting with a keyboard
- Starting with a mouse
- Using email
- Using the internet safely
- Using online searches
Online jobs:
- Understanding job hunting online
- Understanding jobs and interviews
Online services:
- Understanding public services online
- Understanding shopping online
- Understanding banking online
The course will be either on a fixed day / days or as a drop in. We have 2 computer suites to accommodate this. This course can lead to a more advanced computer course if appropriate which is Job related (CLAIT) and accredited through OCR.
