British Safety Council Level 1 in Health & Safety
The BSC Level 1 Certificate in Health & Safety at Work aims to formalise health and safety induction training in the form of a nationally-recognised qualification.
The Certificate is based on the national occupational standards for health & safety and is accredited by the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) at Level 1 in the National Qualifications Framework.
Assessment is by means of a 40-question multiple-choice examination:

This qualification is delivered through powerpoint presentation and with supporting Handouts. This will include a specimen examination paper.
This is a 7½ hour course with an extra 1 hour for the final assessment.
